Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Fee:

Shipping for orders under $ 50 will be charged based on weight calculated using a standard rate.

For orders over $50 shipping to local and national location, free shipping is provided.

Delivery Date & Time:

Estimate delivery time: 2-6 days depends on the locations. We provide customers with an estimated date of delivery, however, these estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at
info@yabeauty.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Depending on our network of delivery providers we may not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel
lockers and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State.

Cancellations or Changes

Changes to delivery information can only be made prior to the parcel being collected.

If a change to the delivery address arises once the parcel is in transit, a new delivery charge will apply. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to communicate the new address to the delivery agent.

An order can only be cancelled prior to collection, in which case a full refund will be provided. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been collected.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost and handling fee for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@yabeauty.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
